The Labour party will abolish temporary protection visas (TPVs and presumably SHEVs) and grant immediate PR with full work and welfare rights to the remaining 10,600 RALC candidates. Its unclear what impact that will have on the complex caseload we are used to dealing with but at least for our RALC clients this is great news.
