It was nice to see the courts upholding a decision to block the bulldozing of sacred trees (arent all old trees sacred?). These trees have significance for the local Djab Wurrung people. It’s really heartening in these dark times in the USA that at least half of America has seen the light and is not indoctrinated to the point where they will vote for a bad person rather than let “the other side” win. And there are stories like this one which brings cheer at this time …
